Best career ranking: 12th on the ATP rankings – singles category (achieved in 2011) 49th on the ATP rankings – doubles category (achieved in 2010) With the national team of Serbia, Troicki has won everything one can win in tennis. In 2010, he won the Davis Cup and it was he who brought the winning point to our country. Under the Belgrade Arena lights, he beat the French player Llodra on the third day of the final matchup. It was the last, fifth match that would decide the champion. He won the World Team Cup in Düsseldorf in 2009 and 2012, and he became the champion of the ATP Cup in 2020, at the premiere of that competition in Australia. In December of 2020, Viktor became the selector of the Davis Cup national team. By winning the ATP Cup at its inauguration in 2020, Troicki became the first player in the Open Era history, who won all three of the major national competitions (before that – Davis Cup in 2010, as well as the World Team Cup in 2009 and 2012). Troicki was on the professional tennis scene from 2003 to 2021. He achieved his highest singles ranking (12th player in the world) on June 6th, 2011. He achieved his highest doubles ranking in October 2012, when he was ranked as the 49th player by the ATP. Viktor Troicki’s game style was marked by a powerful serve, which was also the strongest part of his game.
